I’m loving the new Bon Appetit in all it’s incarnations: blog, magazine, twitter feed, website. It’s smart, relevant and in touch with what is happening in food across the world. I like to think that food is something we all participate in so why not enjoy it? This interview with Keith McNally gets to the heart of what he appreciates, what he doesn’t and the music he likes to eat by. Ever since I read his recommendation of Elgar’s Violin Concerto in B Minor it’s enchanted me, leave it to him to suggest the perfect classical music. Enjoy — it might even inspire a moody, luxurious, late night dinner party. I hope so.
